Bioresonance. Stop Smoking Bioresonance. Quit Smoking Bioresonance. Bioresonance Therapy.
“Close Up” Bioresonance Documentary on Prime Time NZ TV. Mark Sainsbury of New Zealand TV Close Up team described how a new miracle machine is helping people kick the smoking habit. The machine boasted a 70% success rate in stopping cigarette users craving after just one hit. The programme showed three volunteers from the TV channel going to the clinic in Auckland and all quitting smoking effortlessly after just one session. The TV channel was inundated with inquires about the smoking machine that was featured on the show.
The BioResonance “Stop Smoking” program was demonstrated by practitioner Helen Loveday based in New Zealand. However, the same Bioresonance therapy is also available in the United Kingdom and in Australia.
Nicotine has an electromagnetic charge over your body, giving you the craving to smoke. The bioresonance machine inverts the energy patterns of nicotine which are then passed to the body via electrodes. This process produces Phase Cancellation, which means that the electromagnetic charge of nicotine is reduced. Therefore, it becomes easier for the body to eliminate nicotine over the next 24-hours, and your cravings dramatically reduce as your body detoxifies.
A lot of people claim that Bioresonance is nothing but a pseudoscience (pretence science). I like to address this with an example.
So there is a difference between pretence science, real science and self-evident truth. Here are a few examples:
Pretence science:
All psychotropic drugs or anti-depressants are based on this science. Look at the website http://www.cchr.org at the scandalous way in which money is put before human lives. Statins (the corporate killers) and Anti-Hypertensive together with a lot of other so called modern day miracles are based purely on pretence science in order to make money from the unsuspecting public.
Real Science:
The wings of most modern aeroplanes have been shortened by rolling them upwards. In experiments it was found that the wing tip adds no lift but tends to drag down the plane, so it was better to change the aero-dynamics of the wing by rolling it upwards or by putting a vertical section at the tip of the wing. Because of this realisation the biggest aeroplane ever made by the European Union, the A480 Airbus could have its wings within the Civil Aviation Guidelines. Now, this is real science.
Self evident truth:
So when you have someone who has failed with the NHS over and over again and he quits smoking as easy as pie with bioresonance or hypnotherapy or laser then that is called self-evident truth.
Now why do you need clinical trials for self evident truth? So the Big Pharma out and allow utterly useless products like NRT, Zyban and Champix. At least the use of bioresonance, laser or hypnotherapy is not going to kill you. All of the so called chemical based smoking cessation products have killed thousands of people. In the first year of release - It is estimated that Champix killed over 64,000 people world wide. Now thats called pretence science or bullshit to be blunter. Anyway, Pfizer made over a billion dollars from the sales of Champix in the first year of release.

How to Lower Your Blood Pressures
Do you have high blood pressure? Maybe you want to prevent getting high blood pressure, no matter what the case is, there are everyday things you can do. What you eat, how much you exercise, even your habits can effect your blood pressure.
If you see your doctor regularly you more than likely have your blood pressure checked every time. This is a necessary procedure to monitor your pressure and be sure you don’t have high blood pressure. There are different reasons one has high blood pressure and different things you can do to help lower it.
If you have high blood pressure it damages your blood vessels increasing your risk for stroke or heart and kidney diseases. In other words, having high blood pressure is very harmful to your health and you want to treat it right away.
Making lifestyle changes is the first way to go when you want to lower your blood pressure. If doing these simple changes does not help and you have to use medication, continue doing the changes along with the medication. The lifestyle changes alone may just not be enough and added with medication could help significantly.
If you use any tobacco of any kind, stop your use or decrease it significantly. Nicotine makes your blood vessels constrict resulting in a faster heart beat. This faster heart beat raises your blood pressure. You can easily find products that help quit smoking or help quit the use of other tobacco products.
If you are overweight you are at a high risk of high blood pressure. Start a diet program and start eating healthier. Exercising regularly is very beneficial to lowering your blood pressure. Plan an exercise routine and track your progress. This will show you what is working and what is not.
Eat plenty of fruit and veggies and try a low fat diet. Try to stay clear of sodium, alcohol and caffeine or at least limit your intake. Sodium isn’t harmful to everyone’s blood pressure but until you know for sure, it is better to take precaution.
Alcohol can cause high blood pressure in some people as well. Try to only drink one or two alcoholic beverages a day. If you know this is increasing your blood pressure, try to quit altogether. Your health might be at risk.
Stress can sometimes affect your blood pressure. Stress is very common and there are millions of ways to help reduce stress. Try some relaxing techniques first and if none of these work talk to your doctor. They may have some better suggestions.
If all else fails you may have to turn to medication. There are many types of medicine to help you lower your blood pressure. You may end up taking this medicine for the rest of your life but if it helps keep you healthy, it is worth it.
If you are still unsure of how to handle your blood pressure talking with your doctor is the best solution. Tell them of your concerns or ask them any questions you might have. No question is stupid when it comes to your health. You could even do some research online and find out many things about blood pressure. You are not the only one curious about taking care of your health. Take the necessary steps to live a long healthy life.

Lower Cholesterol Through Ayurvedic Treatments
Cholesterol is quite easily the top of the list of killers among the human race in the world today. An excess of cholesterol can produce extremely fatal cardiovascular conditions such as atherosclerosis, heart aches, heart attacks, high blood pressure, etc. If a person has begun accumulating cholesterol in his or her arteries, then it might well be a way of inviting death.
A common misconception is that all kinds of fats can cause cholesterol buildup. But this is very far from the truth. In fact, only saturated fats and trans-fatty acids are responsible in building up cholesterol in the arteries. Whereas, cholesterol obtained from the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids such as from nuts and cool water fishes are useful to the body, and they can bring the level of the harmful cholesterol down.
Even if the cholesterol has built up in the body, it can be certainly brought down using proper herbal techniques, as described in Ayurveda. This article is written with the purpose of enlightening you with some of the most potential remedies that Ayurveda describes for treating cholesterol and also some simple home remedies which also achieve the same task.
Treatment with Simple Home Remedies
Remedy 1
You cannot even dream of reducing cholesterol without first making a determination to stick to a particular regimen. If your cholesterol levels are high, then you must immediately and strictly obey the following guidelines:-
§ Stop the consumption of all fattening foods, which contain saturated and trans-fatty acids. These include all the hydrogenated oils, creams and chocolates.
§ Increase the consumption of fish such as salmon, sardines and mackerel and nuts. Always insist on one bitter dish per meal. It could be fenugreek, bitter gourd or bitter drumstick.
§ If you are overweight, enroll in a weight loss program. Keep yourself active and exercise often, according to the capacity of your body.
§ If you are an alcoholic, stop! If you are a smoker, desist! Alcoholism and smoking are lethal in people with high cholesterol.
Remedy 2
Oranges are very beneficial to eliminate cholesterol because of their high vitamin C content. Sticking to a diet of only orange juice for a day is really beneficial.
Remedy 3
Watermelon is very beneficial in treating high blood pressure that has been caused due to excessive cholesterol levels. Cut a whole watermelon and rub rock salt and black pepper on its slices. Then extract the juice of this watermelon and drink it. Within three or four days, the levels of the cholesterol will go down and the high blood pressure will also become normal.
Remedy 4
Crush some coriander and then put it in a cup of water. Warm it so that the juices of the coriander exude out into the water properly. Then cool it and drink this coriander water. Doing this everyday for about a month will bring the cholesterol levels back to normal.
Remedy 5
Every morning when you wake up, eat two to three cloves of garlic. If you cannot bear the sulfurous taste of the garlic, then you can roast them in a little amount of castor oil. Eat these cloves by biting them and chewing upon them fast. Eat them on an empty stomach each day. This seems to be a very simple thing to do (apart from the pungent taste of the garlic cloves, of course!) but it is proven even by western scientists to have amazing effects in the treatment of cholesterol.
Remedy 6
Every night before retiring, have a cup of warm water with five grams of Triphala choorna in it. Triphala contains the three great herbs – amalaki (Emblica officinalis), bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) and haritaki (Terminalia chebula). All these three have been individually proved to have powers of dissolving serum cholesterol. Amalaki is very rich in vitamin C, which is the best known nutrient for the natural dissolution of cholesterol in the blood.
Remedy 7
Mix equal proportions of Bishop’s weed seeds, cumin seeds and sugar. Grind them to a fine powder in a mixer grinder. Take one teaspoonful of this powder twice a day with water. This is a safe remedy even for pregnant women, and it shows good results in them.
Remedy 8
Put a single clove of garlic in one glass of milk. Bring it to a boil. Drink this garlic milk when it is still a little warm. Drinking this continuously for a week will surely bring the level of the cholesterol down.
Remedy 9
Take two teaspoons of honey and mix one teaspoon of lemon juice in it. Drinking this juice twice a day helps to dissolve the cholesterol from the arteries.
Treatment with Special Ayurvedic Methods
Arjuna is the Ayurvedic drug of choice for the elimination of cholesterol. The bark of the arjuna is prescribed to the patient in powder form, or in the form of its various decoctions with other herbs. The general dosage is one gram of powder four times a day. The vehicle to take this drug is either ghee, milk or honey; depending on which dosha is predominant in the body of the person. Ayurvedic doctors may also prescribe Arjunarishta, which is a preparation of arjuna mixed in special butters or ghee.

Seven Keys to Permanent Weight Loss Success (Part 4 of 4)
This is part 4 of the 4-part “Seven Keys to Permanent Weight Loss Success” series.
Key #6: Control your rewards
You’ve heard it before.
“Have a free day. Eat cheat meals.”
It sounds exciting, doesn’t it? For several days, you focus on ultimate
discipline. You eat perfectly “clean” and don’t deviate from your diet
… not even a little bit. But that’s because you have a great
motivator … the promise of a day or meal where you can literally go
“no-holds barred” and eat anything and everything in sight!
If you start to feel a twinge of guilt about your plans to assault the
nearest buffet, you can simply flip to the pages of your favorite book
and reassure yourself with the claim that this meal is necessary
because it will boost your metabolism. It’s okay. Have it all. Chow
away. Stuff yourself. You earned it, and it won’t make a difference,
right?
Well … maybe, and then again, maybe not.
Cheat meals, free meals, reward meals, or whatever names you choose
serve their purpose. I know that I would not have jumped headfirst into
my first physique transformation if I did not know I could dive back
into my binge habits once a week. And it worked … for awhile. I stuck
to the program and was losing weight.
As time progressed, however, I noticed a few disturbing trends.
Monday to me was simply a countdown to the day I could eat anything I
wanted. I was obsessed with it. Sure, I was eating clean throughout the
week, but I could barely focus on anything else other than the idea
that one day I would be going crazy. When that day came, I would
actually plot out a course through the city so I could hit as many
fast-food and donut joints as possible. We went to buffets and then hit
the store and bought pounds of junk food to bring home and consume
before midnight.
I realized that this wasn’t control. It wasn’t even reward.
It was addiction. I thought back to when I quit cigarettes.
How did I do it? Did I stop smoking six days out of the week, and then have a day where I smoked as much as I possibly could?
My body was giving me a few clues as well. I would feel bloated,
disgusting, nauseous, and would often get sick after a free day with a
cold or sinus infection. I felt like I spent the first half of the week
recovering from the last day and the next half barely holding on to
make it to the next splurge festival.
That’s when I decided it was time for things to change. I did not want
to remain a slave to food. I could not imagine going on like that for
the rest of my life, but this was supposed to be a permanent change,
right? So I put my foot down.
I started with only allowing myself one or two reward meals per week. I
called them reward meals because cheating is not what I was doing … I
planned them, and deserved them.
After several weeks of this, I noticed a significant
change: I was no longer desperate for those meals, I was enjoying my
healthy meals more, and when it was time to have a reward meal, I
didn’t “waste” it on junk food or fast food … I’d go to a nice
restaurant, sit down, and truly savor it.
Then I began to focus on my portion control. I was still over-eating
that one meal, and I would feel like I had a hangover for the rest of
the evening. So I made a pact with myself that I would never eat so
much that I couldn’t have my other meals that day … in other words,
even with a reward meal, I’d control my portion sizes so that I was
still ready to eat again after a few hours.
This is when I suddenly found myself in the driver’s seat.
The food was no longer in control, I was. I still enjoy pizza, ice
cream, and many other treats. But now I control my rewards. I don’t
have to go overboard. I don’t have to use one meal as an excuse to jump
into a pattern of binge eating for the rest of the weekend. I can
decide, ahead of time, what and when I will enjoy my reward, and then
eat just enough to satisfy my psychological craving without going
overboard. I switched from a free day festival (like smoking a carton
of cigarettes) to controlled indulgence (like enjoying a nice cigar).
Here’s some final points to consider …
People are 250% more likely to suffer a heart attack after overeating
Most of the people I know who successfully lose weight and keep it off
control their rewards and do not have a splurge meal Your metabolism
takes more than a day of splurging to kick into high gear … you are
better off having a planned week of eating more calories, but from
healthy foods
Key #7: Consistently refocus goals
This last key is perhaps the most important.
When I was digging through some old documents, I came across my
original goals list. This was in 1999 when I began my fitness journey.
My main goal was to reach 40″ and I made a little side note, “if possible?”
Imagine that. A 44″ waist and I wasn’t even confident that I could lose four little inches!
After my first 12 weeks, I did not have a 40″ waist. I had a 38″ waist.
I blew past my goal. So my new goal became a 36″ waist, which I new was
my limit because I was “big-boned.” 36″ gave way to 32″ and at 6% body
fat I was able to slip on a pair of 30″ jeans … over a foot (30
centimeters) had been trimmed from my waistline.
Goals can change, and that’s okay. Constantly refocus your goals. You
may be capable of more than you imagine or currently allow yourself to
be. Some of my goals that I created after learning the power to
transform include running a half marathon and starting my own business,
both of which I have accomplished and neither of which I would have
thought possible in 1999.
To refocus your goals is to learn who you are. Maybe you thought you
could lose 40 pounds of fat in three months, only to discover you lost
20. That’s fine. Set a new goal to lose 20 more over the next three
months. Maybe you thought you would never bench press more than 100
pounds, but just did 110 last week. Great! Set a new goal to bench
press 150 pounds. As you learn your limits (or rather, how to move past
them) don’t be afraid to set your goals higher.
Don’t make the mistake, however, of falling into the trap of not having
goals. This is what many people do … “When I reach 150 pounds, I’m
going into maintenance.” That is an excuse to settle, and settling
means going backwards and ultimately falling back into your old
patterns. By consistently raising the bar, you are able to remain fit.
Fitness is about action and movement, not about complacency and “settling.”
If you want to live a fit and healthy lifestyle, you must realize you
are not on a journey to trim fat or increase your running speed.
Ultimately, you are in pursuit of greatness.
Conclusion
These points that were created by people just like you have illustrated
that permanent weight loss success is a process, not an event. It
relates to the people you interact with, the mindset you adopt, and
your core beliefs — even how willing you are to transform them.
Studying these points is not enough. You must internalize them and take
action. Only then can you become the journey to become your best.

Creating More Sales Through Active Participation
People have an innate desire to feel wanted and needed. When you fulfill this need, you open the door to persuasion, a fact that has been proved beyond a doubt by records kept on industrial workers. Workers who have no voice whatsoever in management, who cannot make suggestions, or who are not allowed to express their ideas simply do not do as much work as workers who are encouraged to contribute. The same is true in families. Dr. Ruth Barbee said, “It is surprising how willingly a child will accept the final authority of the father, even if the decision goes against him, provided he has had a chance to voice his opinions, and make his suggestions, before the final decision is reached.”
Store and mall owners understand the concept of participation. They attempt to get you participating by making eye contact with you, by arranging their stores to force you to spend more time in them, and by saying hello as you pass. When you shop for goods in Mexico, for example, the storeowner knows that if he can get you in the store and get you involved, there is a greater chance of persuasion and a purchase. As such he will make eye contact and do everything in his power to get you in the store. If you don’t go in the store, he might follow you for blocks, showing you his products and trying to get you to buy.
The amount of time one spends in a store is directly related to how much they will buy. The more time spent, the more money spent. For example, in an electronics store, non-buyers averaged about five minutes and six seconds shopping time while buyers averaged nine minutes and twenty-nine seconds in the store. In a toy store, the longest any non-buyer stayed was ten minutes, while shortest time spent for a buyer was just over seventeen minutes. In some cases, buyers stayed up to four times longer than non-buyers.
Many other arrangements are made by stores to persuade people to get interested and get involved. For example, hallways and walking paths at malls are made of hard marble or tiles. But the floors of individual stores are soft and carpeted–encouraging you to stay longer. Have you ever noticed that it is easy to get disoriented in a mall you are unfamiliar with? Malls purposely design their structures with hexagonal floor plans, which are the most difficult to navigate: complicated hallways, confusing angles, and consistent temperature and lighting. The Mall of America in Minnesota, the largest mall in America, wants you to get lost–you can walk forever and still not know exactly where you are.
This is also the reason why malls place department stores at opposite ends of each other. Department stores are draws, so for people to get from one to another, they will have to walk past every other store in the mall before they reach the opposite one. Grocery stores place their milk at the back of the store so customers have to walk through the rest of the store to grab a carton. All of these techniques increase the time that customers spend in the store. And as we know, increased time in a store means increased sales.
One technique to get your audience more involved is to use role-playing. This technique has proven to be effective in getting people to actually convince themselves of something. Role-playing is the single most powerful way to induce attitude change through vicarious experience. In essence, you are getting people to make up arguments against their own beliefs. Do you want to know just how powerful role-playing is? One experiment used role-playing to convince people to stop smoking. The subjects role-played cigarette smokers having x-rays, receiving news of lung cancer, and coughing with emphysema. When compared with a control group of smokers, those who role-played this situation were more likely to have quit than those who passively learned about lung cancer.
In another study, students were tested to see what types of persuasion techniques were most effective in delivering an anti-smoking message. One group was assigned to write, stage, and put on the presentation, while the other group was simply required to watch the presentation. As you might imagine, the group that was more involved in the presentation held more negative feelings about smoking than did the group who had just passively listened.
During World War II, the U.S. government had to ration traditional meats such as beef, chicken, and pork. However, Americans tend to be very picky about the meats they eat and often do not accept meat substitutes. The Committee on Food Habits was charged with overcoming the shortages of popular foods. How could they overcome the aversion to eating other meats?
Psychologist Kurt Lewin devised a program to persuade Americans to eat intestinal meats. Yes, your favorite–intestinal meats. He set up an experiment with two groups of housewives. In one group, the housewives were lectured on the benefits of eating intestinal meats. Members of the committee emphasized to them how making the switch would help the war effort. The housewives also heard fervent testimonials and received recipes. The second group of housewives was led in a group discussion about how they could persuade other housewives to eat intestinal meat. This group covered the same main topics as the other group. Of the group that was more involved in “role-playing” and discussing the question of “how they would persuade and convince others to eat intestinal meats,” 32 percent of the housewives went on to serve their families intestinal meats. This was compared to 3 percent of the first group.
Another way to get people to participate with you is to ask their opinions or advice. Simple phrases such as, “I need your help” “What is your opinion?” “What do you think about…?” “How could I do this?” “How would you do this?” “Do you think I am doing it right?” and “Do you have any ideas?” can immediately spark the interest of your listener.
Watch how another person brightens up when you ask for his or her advice. For example, if you ask your neighbor, “Frank, how about helping me fix my fence?” he will probably tell you he is busy and has plans for the next twelve weekends. But suppose you said, “Frank, I have a challenge with this fence that I can’t solve. I don’t know what I am doing wrong and can’t seem to get anywhere. I am not sure if I am doing it right or what to do next. Do you have ideas about how I could mend this fence? Could you come take a look?” You will see a marked difference in response between the first request and the second.

Ways To Unlock Your Self Improvement Power
When we look at a certain object, a painting for example; we won’t be able to appreciate what’s in it, what is painted and what else goes with it if the painting is just an inch away from our face. But if we try to take it a little further, we’ll have a clearer vision of the whole art work.
We reach a point in our life when we are ready for change and a whole bunch of information that will help us unlock our self improvement power. Until then, something can be staring us right under our nose but we don’t see it. The only time we think of unlocking our self improvement power is when everything got worst. Take the frog principle for example;
Try placing Frog A in a pot of boiling water. What happens? He twerps! He jumps off! Why? Because he is not able to tolerate sudden change in his environment, the water temperature. Then try Frog B: place him in luke warm water, then turn the gas stove on. Wait til the water reaches a certain boiling point. Frog B then thinks “Ooh! it’s a bit warm in here”.
People are like Frog B in general. Today, Anna thinks Carl hates her. Tomorrow, Patrick walks up to her and told her he hates her. Anna stays the same and doesn’t mind what her friends say. The next day, she learned that Kim and John also abhor her. Anna doesn’t realize at once the importance and the need for self improvement until the entire community hates her.
We learn our lessons when we experience pain. We finally see the warning signs and signals when things get rough and tough. When do we realize that we need to change diets? When none of our jeans and shirts would fit us? When do we stop eating candies and chocolates? When all of our teeth has fallen out? When do we realize that we need to stop smoking? When our lungs have gone bad? When do we pray and ask for help? When we realize that we’re gonna die tomorrow?
The only time most of us ever learn about unlocking our self improvement power is when the whole world is crashing and falling apart. We think and feel this way because it is not easy to change. But change becomes more painful when we ignore it.
Change will happen, like it or hate it. At one point or another, we are all going to experience different turning points in our life and we are all going to eventually unlock our self improvement power not because the world says so, not because our friends are nagging us, but because we realized its for our own good.
Happy people don’t just accept change, they embrace it. Now, you don’t have to feel a tremendous heat before realizing the need for self improvement. Unlocking your self improvement power means unlocking yourself up in the cage of thought that “its just the way I am”. It is such a poor excuse for people who fear and resist change. Most of us program our minds like computers.
Jen repeatedly tells everyone that she doesn’t have the guts to be around groups of people. She heard her mom, her dad, her sister, her teacher tells the same things about her to other people. Over the years, that is what Jen believes. She believes it’s her story. And what happens? Every time a great crowd would troop over their house, in school, and in the community she tends to step back, shy away and lock herself up in a room. Jen didn’t only believed in her story, she lived it.
Jen has to realize that she is not what she is in her story. Instead of having her story post around her face for everyone to remember, she has to have the spirit and show people “I am an important person and I should be treated accordingly!”
Self improvement may not be everybody’s favorite word, but if we look at things in a different point of view, we might have greater chances of enjoying the whole process instead of counting the days until we are fully improved. Three sessions in a week at the gym would result to a healthier life, reading books instead of looking at porn will shape up a more profound knowledge, going out with friends and peers will help you take a step back from work and unwind. And just when you are enjoying the whole process of unlocking your self improvement power, you’ll realize that you’re beginning to take things light and become happy.

The Benefits Of Self-Improvement
When we look at a certain object, a painting for example - we won’t be able to appreciate what’s in it, what is painted and what else goes with it if the painting is just an inch away from our face. But if we try to take it a little further, we’ll have a clearer vision of the whole work of art.
We reach a point in our lives when we are ready for change. A whole pile of information that will help us unlock our self improvement power becomes evident because we are now searching for something to benefit us.
Until then, something can be staring us right in the face, but we don’t see it. The only time we think of unlocking our self improvement power is when everything goes wrong. For some, it’s not until they hit “rock bottom.”
Take a couple of frogs as an example -
Try placing Frog A in a pot of boiling water. What happens? He twerps! He jumps off! Why; because he is not able to tolerate sudden change in his environment - the water’s temperature.
Now try Frog B: place him in a luke warm water, then turn the gas stove on. Wait until the water reaches a certain boiling point. Frog B then thinks “Ooh … it’s a bit warm in here.”

We learn our lessons when we experience pain. We finally see the warning signs and signals when things get rough and tough.
When do we realize that we need to change our diet? When none of our jeans and shirts fit us any longer! When do we stop eating candies and chocolates? When all of our teeth have fallen out!
When do we realize that we need to stop smoking? When our lungs have gone bad and we can’t breathe any longer.
When do we pray and ask for help? When we realize that we’re going to die tomorrow.
The only time most of us ever learn about unlocking our self improvement power is when our whole world is crashing and falling apart all around us.
We think and feel this way because it is not easy to accept the fact that we need to change. But change becomes even more painful when we ignore it.
Change will happen, like it or hate it. At one point or another, we are all going to experience different turning points in our lives - and we are all going to eventually unlock our self improvement power. Not because the world says so, not because our friends are nagging us, but because we realized it’s for our own good.
Happy people don’t just accept change, they embrace it. Now, you don’t have to feel the tremendous heat before realizing the need for self improvement.
Unlocking your self improvement power means unlocking yourself from being in the state of mind that “it’s just the way I am.” That is such a poor excuse for people who fear and resist change. Most of us program our minds like computers.
Jen repeatedly tells everyone that she doesn’t have the guts to be around groups of people. She hears her parents, sister, and her teacher state the same things about her to other people.
Over the years, that is what Jen believes. She believes it’s her story and that just “the way I am.” And what happens? Every time a large crowd would come over to their house, in school, or in the community - she tends to step back, shy away and lock herself up in a room. Jen didn’t only believe in her story, she lived it.
Jen has to realize that she is not what she is in her story. Instead of having her story posted on her face for everyone to remember, she has to have the spirit to show people “I am an important person and I should be treated accordingly!”
Self improvement may not be everybody’s favorite word, but if we look at things in a different point of view, we might have a greater chance of enjoying the whole process instead of counting the days until we are fully improved.
Three sessions in a week at the gym would result in a healthier life, reading books instead of watching TV or playing video games will enlighten us with more profound knowledge. Going out with friends and peers will help you take a step back from work and unwind.
You’ll find out soon enough that just when you are starting to enjoy the process of unlocking your self improvement power, you’ll realize that you’re beginning to take things light and become happy. You will be a better person and a happier one too!
